We are just a group of people that love to get together and workout to keep the bodies God gave us healthy and in good shape. We would love to have you join us! This is open to men and women of all fitness levels and age groups. We meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30pm at the Youth Building. We do a lot of our workouts outside - weather permitting - with a wide range of workout styles. And we have A LOT of fun! We have a 30 - 45 minute workout followed by a short devotion.
You can come to any or all classes whenever you are able.
